There’s nothing that a visit (or a few) to the dentist can’t fix! Our practice is open 6 days a week. If you are experiencing painful teeth, call us to make an appointment from Monday to Saturday and we would be more than happy to help. Our dentists are extremely compassionate, judgment-free, and will do everything in their power to ensure your comfort and wellbeing.

If you are in unbearable pain, call our practice ASAP on 02 8084 9118 to schedule an emergency appointment. We will schedule you in at our next available time to alleviate you of your pain, then develop a plan to treat your condition so that the same situation never happens again.

Your First Appointment

The first step in alleviating your painful teeth begins with setting up your first dental visit. Click on the button “Request a Consultation” to schedule a time to come in which best suits you. Our front desk will call you to confirm the time and day of the appointment, and will send you a reminder message the day before your appointment.

Please arrive 15min early for your appointment, so you have time to fill out the new patient form. You can relax in our lounge, with complimentary WiFi access, water, a flatscreen TV, and a children’s play area.

During your appointment, we will ask you certain questions to get an understanding of why you have painful teeth. Next, we will take you to our X-Ray room to get your mouth scanned with our radiation-safe OPG machine. Our dentist will then examine your teeth as well as the scans to have a comprehensive diagnosis of your oral condition. Then, we will give you a comprehensive run down of your situation, show you your options, and let you have the final say for what type of treatment you would like to proceed with. We will then schedule our next appointment to begin the treatment.
