Payment Plan
National Dental Plan is different to most other types of Payment Plans. It has been designed to keep simplicity at the forefront, with no hidden terms and conditions, or surprise costs and expenses.
There are no hidden charges on top of the cost of treatment, and everything is transparent upfront. National Dental Plan gives you the freedom to access more in-depth dental treatment, without having to pay everything upfront.

How Much Does It Cost To Use National Dental Plan?
No interest ever and a small deposit on the day. You pay an Establishment Fee of $70 to set up the account (the repeat purchase fee is only $22) and a $8 monthly fee. The Establishment Fee is spread over the term of the payment plan. You can also make additional repayments or pay your plan out early with no payout fees.

How Much Can I Be Approved For?
When you apply, we assess your application and you can be approved for up to $12,000.
Do I Have To Pay a Deposit?
The standard deposit is 20%. However, occasionally, patients may be approved for a lower or 0% deposit.
How Often Do I Have To Make Repayments?
Payments are debited fortnightly from your nominated bank account or credit card.
What If I Miss a Repayment?
You will have the Direct Debit reattempted on the same day that the bank notifies us that it has been unsuccessful. If the payment is further unsuccessful, we will attempt to communicate with you via phone, email, SMS and mail to re-establish the payment plan.
Can I Pay Out My Agreement Early?
Yes, and there are no extra fees for early payment.
How Do I Apply For National Dental Plan?
After your initial consultation, our team at uSmile Dental will create a quote and guide you on how you can apply for the payment plans. You need a bank account or credit card we can debit payments from and must meet their criteria:
• 18+ yrs, Australian citizen/permanent resident with driver’s licence
• Employed/self-employed 30+ hrs/wk or Aged/Veteran pensioner
